If you don’t see your desired appointment type listed, please phone us to book instead. When booking online, you may be booked with the first available healthcare provider.

Is the appointment for your child or dependent? Use your own name and email for the account and add your dependent’s name in under Notes.

Missed appointments without 24 hour notice will be subject to a $20 fee. If you have an emergency, please go to your nearest emergency department or call 911.
